    止觀略答問一:最近在讀一本達賴喇嘛所寫的「開心」,其中對於皈依三寶-佛、法、僧我是不明白的,不知師兄是否知道?此外,所謂「觀」和「止」的禪修,是否先觀而才能後止,而「觀」還是帶有對事情有想法及看法,而「止」我想應就是師兄您曾經提及的就只是如實觀察,而不帶有任何想法或看法的,不知我的想法是否正確?答:《瑜伽師地論》云:「云何名止?謂由修習循身念故;以觀為依,如理修止。又言止者,謂於其內正安住心。」「云何名觀?謂於內外諸大種色、及所餘蘊,正抉擇慧;說名為觀。」一般之行者作意修學增上定學,有的是從「觀」門入手、有的是從「止」門入手、有的為二者兼修,然「觀」者若無建立於「止」上,則徒勞無功,有情皆能散觀一切所緣事物故,以是故,大多修持瑜伽之行者(非印度教之「瑜珈」),皆於所緣境中,首須諦觀一境作為所緣而修止,如念佛法門、四念住之身、受、心、法念住法門,乃至不淨觀、法身觀皆是如此。初修止者,雖有雜念 ...     成唯識論 (卷一)【有執有一大自在天,體實遍常,能生諸法。彼執非理,所以者何?若法能生必非常故,諸非常者必不遍故,諸不遍者非真實故。體既常遍具諸功能,應一切處時頓生一切法。待欲或緣方能生者,違一因論。或欲及緣亦應頓起,因常有故。餘執有一大梵.時.方.本際.自然.虛空.我等,常住實有,具諸功能生一切法,皆同此破。】釋義:有一些人主張【大自在天】其體實有,能夠遍一切處,而且是常住永恆的,能夠生萬事萬物之一切法。他們所執著的並非真實的道理,這是為什麼?因為如果法理能夠滋生諸物,其體並非真實常住,有生必定亦有滅,一切非永恆的東西肯定不能遍一切處,一切不能遍一切處的法必定不具有真實體性。如果其體既然為常住永恆具備一切功能,應該能夠在一切處所或是一切時空頓時生起一切法。如果又說體雖遍常,但是需要各種希求以及條件的話,這是和你所建立的主張【大自在天】一因能夠滋生萬物的理論是互相違背的 ...
